Made the brandy biscuits today. They are delicious. Just have to add one BIG note of caution! DO NOT USE CONVECTION BAKING! Twice the oven door blew open when the alcohol vapors ignited! Changed the oven to conventional bake and everything is fine. My husband thinks the convection motor ignited the fumes. Wow Gretchen, I've never heard of that happening, and fellow bakers hadn't either. Glad it worked out in the end and everyone still has their eyebrows. ~ MaryJane
