Fiori Di Sicilia, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways! I have been using this flavor ever since The Baker's Catalogue introduced it to all of us and I never get tired of it. I make the Grand Marnier Cake recipe that is in the Cake Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum and I use Fiori Di Sicilia instead of the orange flower water that is one of the listed ingredients.
