OOOh my mouth is watering! This sounds perfect to bring to the in-laws for Sunday brunch! I'm with @tia on the expensive shipping to Canada. What would make a decent substitute for the Fiori di Sicilia? Fiori Di Sicilia is like a creamscicle flavor.....citrus and vanilla, so that might mimic what you are looking for. We do hear your concerns about shipping - they are now part of our customer observations.
