Would it be possible to substitute KAF white whole wheat flour for the all-purpose? Would I need to make any changes to the recipe? I gave it a try without changing anything and my loaf came out a bit heavy. Thank you! Best to use a recipe written for whole wheat, Suzanne. Try our 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread recipe- I think you'll like it. PJH
