I make the back of the bag oatmeal bread every week.We love it. I can’t seem to shape the loaf so it doesn’t hVe gaps in the bread after baking. Can I just use the fold over and roll method , nothing fancy.
Number 2 question , Walter Sands bread is always so flimsy , what am I doing wrong.
