This recipe is currently cooling in my kitchen (snowed in in DC and running out of bread!). It was so easy and looks gorgeous. I finally broke out my food scale and I think that had a lot to do with finally getting bread right. Thanks for yet another fabulous recipe! Ah, the King to the rescue!
