I tried to make this twice and both times it turned out very dense, chewy and crumy. What should I be doing that I am not?It sounds like you are adding too much flour. How do you measure your flour? See how we recommend here Mary@ KAFCould be your yeast isn't working very well. Did the bread rise nicely, both in its first rise, and in the pan? If not, check and see if your yeast has expired. We recommend SAF instant yeast for the best rise. PJH
