Made this bread today using the 9" Pullman loaf pan. Followed the suggestion of using 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 cups of flour and the loaf came out perfectly. Thank you so much for your help. Excellent, Ron! I'm so glad... Did you reduce the quantity of any of the other ingredients? Salt, water? PJH
