Can I use all- purpose plain flour instead unbleached? I have ten Kilos of it and I don't know what can I do with it, normally I use unbleached but I would like to finish it , was a gift in Christmas.... Sorry, Liliana, can't recommend it here. How about using it in cookies or pie crust? Muffins? Something less flour-intensive, OK? PJH
