Will the recipe work in the regular (13") Pullman? I got the Thermapen thermometer and the smaller of the Escali scales for Christmas and wanted to let you know that I love them both! It may be a bit shy, Melissa; usually you'd use 4 1/2 cups of flour. But sure, give it a try... Glad you're enjoying your Christmas presents! PJH
