How would this recipe work using the smaller (9") pullman loaf pan? ,br />It should fit and work well. Mary@ KAF I disagree with Mary, Ron. I think it would rise too much - the Pullman pan is narrower than this 9" x 5" loaf pan. I'd use about 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 cups flour in the 9" Pullman pan. PJH
