Thank you!!! All I have is a 9x5 pan and I've been looking for a recipe/attempting to modify one for a while now. I can't wait to get this rising. Also, for rising in a cool kitchen-I put my dough in the oven with the light on and it seems to work. Not sure if it would work for anyone's oven, but...
