I am afraid I am spoiled by your scones. The Social club I belong to had a presentation on a trip to Ireland by one of the members. The treats were to be Irish. Well, the scones were positively tough. the worst I've ever eaten. I sincerely hope they weren't supposed to be "authentic". On another subject, I added raisins to the mix in the bread machine with the "cinnamon bread" mix. The toast was to die for.
