Do you have any suggestions for a bread slicer guide? My slices always end up uneven (in the width from bottom to top of the slices and variation among slices) when I "freehand" it with a bread knife. I looked at your online catalog and it doesn't look like you sell one. Any tips would be much appreciated!Try to make sure your knife is perpendicular to the cutting board. A little variation in the top of the knife, can result in a noticeable difference in the width of the top top and bottom of the slice. Take a little more time to cut, and to carefully place your knife. i know it is a pain, but without a slicing guide that's about the only suggestion I have. we have looked for a replacement affordable slicing guide and are still looking.
