I make a banana & walnut bread, that when toasted with butter and creamed honey is to die for. I also make Portugese sweet bread alot also. I use all 2% milk instead of the water & dry milk. Do you see any problem with doing that? In any kind of bread? I will definitely try this white recipe. Thanks! That substitue works well. Mary@ KAF Donna
