Looks like a great loaf, and perfect cinnamon toast is the icing on the cake. But the picture of the slice of bread with light shining through it just makes me sad... Surely you know that was meant to be an illustration that it holds together so well it COULD be sliced this thin....after all, you'd want a thicker slice for a sandwich or sugar/cinnamon toast!
