I would love to try this recipe, but being alergic to wheat flour I would be using spelt flour. What modifications should I be making? I have made other breads from my bread machine and substituted spelt flour with good results. If you've had good results with other bread machine recipes and your spelt, this recipe should work as well. Please let us know your results by posting in the review part of the recipe or blog.
