Wow! This is a gorgeous loaf and the step-by-step pics are superb. Maybe I missed it, but is there a reason you're using all-purpose flour here instead of your fantastic bread flour? Thanks! We like to use our All-Purpose Flour because it will give us a loaf that is nice and tender. Bread flour will give a slightly chewier loaf. Joan D@bakershotline
