I just made this today for dinner and came out amazing and delicious. I used a cup and 2tbsp of whole milk to replace a cup and 2tbp of water and a third of cup of dry milk as suggested if dry milk is not available. The product looked like your photo in your recipe, perfect. The dough rises at 78’F for 100 minutes, but second rise took only about 40 mins. This is a keeper for my loaf bread.
