I have been making this bread quite often in the last month. It is easy and very delicious, my family favorite! I just made this again tonight (for tomorrow breakfast). The dough rises in 60-90mins beautifully, however on the second rise (on the loaf pan) it only takes about 30 mins it’s already about 1-1/2in above the rim. I then bake it and it seems to continue to rise so I ended up with a very high rim (almost double the height before baking). Not happy with the shape of my loaf but still very delicious. Any tips I should do? Thanks!
