Hi, Sorry if this has already been asked as I am making it now. I weigh my dry ingredients and notice it reads, "35 g of Baker's Special Dry milk or nonfat dry milk granules", but in the volume instructions it reads, "1/3 c of Baker's Special Dry milk or 1/2 c nonfat dry milk granules." I am making it now and don't have BSD, so used 64 g of nonfat dry milk and am hoping this is correct. Also, I substituted 25% of the A.P. flour with white whole wheat flour and asked the chatline if I needed to change the measurements of any of the other ingredients and was instructed that at this amount, I should be okay. It's on its first rise and I am looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Thank you KAF.
