is it necessary to tent bread with aluminium foil during baking??? i dont hv oven..i make cakes in stove in pan...can i bake bread as cake without foil???? plz also make breads & other thing in microwave... You do not have to tent bread with aluminum foil during baking. Generally the only reason you would have to is if the top crust is getting too dark before the bread is fully baked.
