Another minor suggestion. If you are planning to make this soup to serve over several days, you might consider cooking the pasta separately and adding at time of service. After a day in the fridge, the pasta soaked up much of the broth and got a little too soft. It was still wonderful but almost more a pasta dish than soup on day two. I'm taking leftovers to work for lunch today, and looking forward to it! Thanks for the suggestion, Jess! Molly @ KAF
