What a fantastic way to make "braided" rolls! When I saw the picture I just thought were fancy knots, then read the post and saw the picture -- way cool!!! Thinking of when I could make them and can't wait. Soup looks yummy too; out here in the Pacific NW (central WA state) we've had a warm spell for the last few days (mid to upper 30s), but it's still soup weather! Glad the blog and pictures helped ease any anxiety about what appeared to be a challenging braid technique.
