I am new to your blog. Thanks ever so much for sharing this information. The photos are super helpful with regard to the bread making. Like many of your readers I add my own international additions to base recipes having lived in a multi-cultural foodie family all my life. Recently, I took a bread making class (I ADORE good bread) which started me on the task of learning how to make good bread, having abandoned the effort years ago.The KA website has been very educational and introduced me to good bread-making flour. I have my work mates fired up about bread making and have passed on the KA catalogues to them. They will no doubt monitor your blog. With regard to negative comments, ignore them. There are negative people everywhere! Positive, constructive hints are much more CIVIL and pleasant to read. Again, thanks and keep up the good work. Angela, thanks so much for joining the community here. And for your kind words. Looking forward to hearing from you here again- PJH
