It's always soup weather in Montana, and it is snowing on top of the three feet we got over the weekend. It is always good to find a new recipe, and this one looks great! One question on the Scali rolls: It appears in the pics that you left your 'starter' in the metal mixing bowl overnite. Could this give me fits, should I use a non-reactive bowl? Or am I making more work than needed? I'm all about fewer dirty dishes. This is not a sourdough starter so the metal bowl will work just fine! Joan D@bakershotline
