Hi, I am so excited to try this recipe! I was planning on making this soup tonight. If you bake the meat balls in the oven for the soup, should you still simmer them in the pot for 30 minutes or will this overcook them? Well, if the meatballs are right out of the oven, just drop them into individual bowls and ladle the soup right over. If they were previously made, drop into the soup to rewarm until heated through. You could do this at a slow simmer. I love the soup season! Elisabeth
