Pizza looks great, PJ! Wish list for me: I would love a better selection of not-nonstick bakeware of high quality. I'm trying to gradually replace all my nonstick because of the health warnings, and the alternatives are mostly not wonderful. Looking for heavy-duty stuff that doesn't warp and from which it is easy to remove baked goods, and that holds up well. Also, pancake griddle! Not nonstick, not electric; something to use on a stove that is safe for a ceramic/glass cooktop and is actually big enough to cook a big batch of pancakes or crumpets on! Ideally something that could straddle a couple burners, or ??? Thanks! Gotcha, Robyn. Is there any kind of non-stick you feel comfortable with? For instance, is silicone OK? Just clarifying... PJH
