I think I just drooled all over myself. I better go clean up! I will be making this one this weekend! Sig Go for it, Sig - I know you'll enjoy it. Feel free to experiment with other toppings, too - including the "sausage disk" - bulk sausage pressed into a thin disk, set atop the crust, and baked. UMMMMM.... PJH
