I'd love to find a dough-maker/kneader. Like a bread machine, but that you wouldn't bake in, so that the appliance would be smaller and take up less space. If it could also double as something else, that would be great. I've seen one that doubles as a rice cooker, but the paddle is apparently not strong enough to knead -- the instructions call for mixing the dough in the machine, then taking it out to knead. I just want to be able to knead the dough in the machine. Oh, me too, Val! Long-time wish of mine. We tried to get Zojirushi interested - no dice. The closest I've ever seen is actually Zo's mini bread machine, which has a small footprint - 8 1/2" x 11", same as a typical sheet of copy paper. But - I'll keep looking. Thanks for your input - PJH
