Now can you work on stuffed pizza from Chicago? ;-) (I live in Chicago.) Yes, Collette, I didn't realize what the difference was till I started researching the deep-dish. Stuffed is crust, filling, crust, tomato sauce, right? Pizza is endlessly fascinating, so I'm sure this will be on the docket at some point- PJH
