Made this last night and it was fantastic! It tasted just like the deep dish at my favorite Chicago pizza restaurant, Pizano's. I have tried other deep dish recipes but they always seemed to be lacking flavor and now I know why. It's butter! That's the key ingredient that separates this recipe from all the others. Now I won't be in any hurry to hop on a plane and fly to the Windy City for my deep dish fix! Thanks for posting this!
