Lou Malnati's crust definitely has a bit of corn meal . . . not just on the bottom of the pan. Little Star Pizza, in SF and Berkeley, CA, also has a wonderful deep dish pizza which has corn meal in the crust . . . makes a crispy crust which we have come to appreciate. We are also fans of Papa Dels in Champaign, IL.
