I've made this recipe twice. It turned out great. I have always made the dough with cornmeal even for a standard pizza. It makes the dough crunchy and it tastes great. Both times i had difficulty with getting the dough to line the sides of the skillet. The dough ends up being too thick (in my opinion) but everyone thought they were great.
