This was excellent. We're a true New England family of RI'ers so we aren't nit picky about if there is cormeal or not in "real" deep dish, etc. Now, don't get us started on chowdah or fish n chips, then you're looking for the nit picking. This made a wonderful deep dish in our cast iron pan. I made a pizza I used to get a lot at Uno's called Four Cheese with Pesto. It uses feta, muenster, Romano, and mozzarella. Delicious!! Thank you for the great recipe.
