This recipe looks like it makes a good pizza, but it is not comprable to Chicago deep dish pizza. People often think that there is cornmeal in the crust, but in fact there is not. However, corn oil is the primary oil used. And of course, cornmeal is sprinkled on the surface of the oven, and then the pizza is baked over it.
