To make the dough easier to spread in your pizza pan, use vegetable shortening instead of oil. Give the pan a nice coating all the way around and up the sides too (of course). The crust will turn out nice, brown and crunchy on the bottom and sides just the way it's supposed to. Neat idea, I never thought to do this with pizza. Thanks for sharing! ~ MaryJane
