I bought my husband the pizza pan from KA for his birthday this week and as I type this, he is in the kitchen making this recipe. Can barely wait for dinner! We LOVE Chicago and the pizza there. Lou Malnati's is our favorite but Gino's East is also good. What is the name of the place you referred to in your initial post that had the bad imitation? We want to steer clear of there next trip to Chicago. Sorry, I have no clue the name of the original place I had Chicago deep-dish pizza... it's lost in the mists of memory! PJH
