I found a recipe that you make a yeast dough let it rise then roll it out to a12x15 rectangle and spread it with 1/4lb of softened butter roll it up jelly roll style. flatten it out seam side down to a 18x4inch cylinder cut this in half work with half at a time fold into thirds letter style pinch the seams together and form into a ball repeat with the other half put the dough into an oiled bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap let rise in fridge for about an hour (doing this will harden the butter) roll out the dough and fit it into 2 9in cake pans that have been well oiled and make your Pizza similar to flaky pastry....buttery and flaky really good Wow, that sounds really tasty - I imagine the cheese topping can be rather low-key with all that butter. I'm definitely trying this sometime - thanks! PJH
