With my shipment of KAF products in hand, I dove into the preparation of this recipe. I was even fortunate enough to have some white cheddar Cabot cheese on hand. I followed the instructions exactly, no substitutions or playin' around with this one! In a word, AMAZING! Hands down, the best Mac 'n Cheese recipe I've ever eaten! The recipe says it serves 4; we had a green salad on the side and could have easily served 5-6 people, it's very rich. Thanks for the incredible recipe; it's a keeper...in the FRONT of the recipe binder! P.S. Also, thanks again for the great customer service. My original shipment was delivered to the wrong address and KAF promptly overnighted me a replacement shipment. When the original shipment finally surfaced, your gracious rep said to keep it or pass it along...I passed it along to a dear friend...can't wait to hear her reviews!
