I found this blog googling "brioche." I find your writing and your comment responses incredibly informative and amusing. Kudos to your work and for making me itch to bake at 1 am! Thanks, Arica! The "itch to bake" can be 24/7, I know - I often wake up in the middle of the night thinking "What if...?" and have to content myself with simply writing myself a note.
