You want to know how yummy this recipe is? I made it for dinner last night and we devoured it. The ham made a delicious addition. I served it with a salad and it really hit the spot. My 20 something son loved it so much that he went out this morning to the grocery store and bought another block of Cabot cheddar so that I would make more TODAY! Thanks PJ! Now that's what I call a hit! Be sure to print out a copy for your son's "hope chest". This will be a recipe he'll want for his own home someday. :) ~ MaryJane
