This recipe sound awesome. I am wondering if you tried to make this ahead up to crumb topping. I didn't, but I'm sure it would be fine. Just refrigerate, then bake a b it longer than the recipe says. I don't see any reaosn not to add the crumb topping beforehand, either. Good luck - PJH
