If you had put 'The Big Cheesy' in your e-mail subject line, I would have thought it was from my brother Bill. He's been the 'Big Cheesy' in our family for years and years... :-) Gorgeous recipe: starch and cheese. What could be better when it's snowing, which it is doing over here in Central Europe, too. No global warming ANYWHERE in sight, so every excuse to make mac and cheese at regular intervals between now and about May.
