Hi, P.J.!! That ginger shortbread looks oh-so-yummy!!! I have one of those Brown Bag shortbread pans and have used it with great success. It came with a booklet that includes a basic recipe plus variations. This shortbread with crystallized ginger would undoubtedly bake up perfectly!!
