You know how you're reading along, and sometimes you anticipate a word that's coming? When I read "In Scotland, the tradition was enhanced with the addition of ..." I thought you were going to say "Scotch." Scotch? Can you tell my brain has been dark-addled for too long? Scotch or no, I've been on a ginger kick this autumn, so any recipe with that as an ingredient is sure to get made....
