I saved this recipe recently but had never visit the blog before tonight. I'm making the french toast and bacon for breakfast tomorrow! I just told my husband to make sure I don't forget to get the toast done and in the fridge before bed tonight. I've always used foil when I bake bacon. I will definitely be trying the parchment tomorrow. I imagine it soaks up some of the grease as well. YAY!
