I have been a long time user of your products and absolutely love them. Here's a tip for making bacon in the oven, especially the thick sliced kind. Flour the bacon before putting on parchment sheets or easy release tinfoil, you'll have a crunchy delightfully unique taste and texture. People who come to my Brunches always ask, are you making that "special Bacon?" Try the Maple flavored kind. After baking can be frozen and reheated in the microwave, Love your recipes.
