PJ, would the Fiori di Sicilia be a good option for either the french toast or the coffeecake? I do not have any of the other flavors yet. Thanks, and Merry Christmas to everyone at KA! Yes, absolutely, Sharryn - Fiori has that lovely citrus-vanilla taste, very nice in breakfast-type dishes. Happy holidays! PJH
