Our favorite biscotti, among about six recipes we make faithfully, is maple-praline, which is similar to the recipe here, but made with pecans and almonds, and it has a maple glaze across the top. For those who are allergic to walnuts and not pecans, or who just don't like walnuts, it might be a good alternative.
